Nuance seems efficient but again, no option to edit the pdf text. I have the most recent Acrobat, and I can’t edit text in a new pdf w/o an upgrade. Is ravi the only one able to break it down to 3 steps? (Do they work?) Folks, this is 2013 and wholly unacceptable. Let’s see if I am seeing things clearly, OK? To edit a new pdf file, you must a)first make the changes you want while the doc is still in word format, 2)Acrobat XI works only in blocks of info (?) 3) Considerations must sometimes be made for an OCR and ClearScan Option? and 4)simply using a pull down menu is a joke.
